  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus more for rolling
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Beat the butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until creamy, 2 minutes.

    Roll into 1 1/4-inch balls, roll in granulated sugar, and place 2 inches apart.
