
Red Velvet Cookies
Soft, cocoa-kissed red velvet cookies with white chocolate chips and a cream cheese drizzle. As pretty as they are delicious.

Cookies
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Cream cheese drizzle
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
Instructions

Heat the oven to 350°F and line two sheets with parchment.

Whisk the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt together.

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in the egg, food coloring, and vanilla.

Stir in the dry ingredients, then fold in the white chocolate chips.

Scoop 2-tablespoon mounds 2 inches apart and bake 10–12 minutes, until set.

Cool completely.

Whisk the drizzle ingredients until smooth and drizzle over the cooled cookies.
